Be Heard
'Be Heard' is a secure and confidential service for employees of Hydro Tasmania, Momentum Energy and Entura to raise concerns of suspected or actual misconduct which may have a negative effect on the workplace.
This service is provided independently by Deloitte. It is for anyone who does not feel comfortable raising concerns through internal channels within the Hydro Tasmania group.
The Hydro Tasmania group is committed to a culture of compliance, ethical behaviour and good corporate governance. They value ethics and integrity, and an environment where people have the courage and confidence to speak up about issues of concern. All reports through Be Heard are taken seriously, reviewed and investigations initiated where appropriate.
We understand that reporting misconduct, particularly misconduct by those you work with, can be very confronting. For that reason, you may choose to remain completely anonymous when you make a report, or request that your details not be provided to us or your employer. Your name and contact details will not be included in the report unless you have given clear consent for them to be disclosed.
