Yancoal Speak Up is a platform for Yancoal staff and stakeholders, including suppliers, to speak about misconduct or suspected misconduct in the workplace.   

You can report on any of the following matters:

  • Theft  
  • Breach of law/regulations 
  • Fraud  
  • Bribery/Corruption  
  • Abuse of influence  
  • Conflict of Interest  
  • Policy breach   
  • Work Health & Safety/ Wellbeing   
  • Harassment  
  • Discrimination   
  • Forced Labour 
  • Any other misconduct or suspected misconduct- including unethical behaviour. 
  • Any concerns you feel you cannot raise internally, or which have been reported internally but need further investigation
