Speaking up at Qantas
At the Qantas Group, speaking up matters. We’re committed to creating a culture where everyone feels safe and supported to raise concerns that matter to them – particularly if something doesn’t feel right at work.
If you have a concern about misconduct or suspected misconduct, you’re encouraged to speak up.
How reports are handled
Information submitted through this website is received by the Qantas Whistleblower Committee Secretariat, which is part of our Group Secretariat team. Reports are treated carefully and handled in line with our Whistleblower Policy and legal obligations.
What you can report
You can speak up about a wide range of issues, including:
- Failure to comply with, or breach of, laws or regulatory requirements
- Fraud, money laundering, or misappropriation of funds
- Offering or accepting a bribe
- Financial irregularities
- Discrimination and human rights concerns
- Actions threatening the environment and / or health and safety of others
- Engaging in or threatening to engage in Detrimental conduct against a person who has made a disclosure or is believed or suspected to have made, or be planning to make, a disclosure.
You can also raise concerns that you don’t feel comfortable reporting through usual internal channels.
Depending on the circumstances, and in line with our Whistleblower Policy and obligations, reports which fall outside of the scope of the Whistleblower Program may be referred to alternative channels so they can be managed in the most appropriate way.
If your report relates to an emergency, such as an immediate risk to life, please call 000.
