Cochlear Whistleblower Service
Cochlear is committed to creating and maintaining an ethical working environment that promotes good corporate governance, in every country in which we operate. Staff, contractors and consultants are always encouraged to raise any concerns regarding actual or suspected unethical, illegal or otherwise improper conduct.
The Board recognises that any genuine commitment to detecting and preventing illegal and improper conduct must include a mechanism whereby employees and others can report their improper conduct and voice concerns. The Cochlear Whistleblower Service provides such a mechanism.
The Cochlear Whistleblower Service is operated by an independent third party. It is intended as an alternative when all other internal reporting avenues have been exhausted, are not considered appropriate or are not available.
