Speak Up is a platform for Aspen APAC Group staff and stakeholders, including suppliers, to speak about misconduct or suspected misconduct in the workplace.
You can report on any of the following matters:
- Bullying
- Theft
- Breach of law/regulations
- Fraud
- Bribery/Corruption
- Abuse of influence
- Conflict of Interest
- Policy breach
- Health, Safety & Environment but not HR grievances or product complaints
- Harassment
- Discrimination
- Forced Labour
- Any other misconduct or suspected misconduct - including unethical behaviour.
- Any concerns you feel you cannot raise internally, or which have been reported internally but need further investigation.
Please note: Speak Up is not to be used to resolve personal work-related grievances, nor as an appeal process for matters that have been dealt with through the applicable grievance or disciplinary process. In such cases, the applicable Aspen APAC Group grievance or other relevant procedure should be followed.
