WELCOME TO THE ALS BUSINESS INTEGRITY HELPLINE and ALS YOUR VOICE HELPLINE
Voice our Values.  Live our Code.  Speak Up.

ALS is committed to conducting its business responsibly, ethically and with integrity. We depend on our employees and others who do business with us to report behaviour that is not in line with our Values and our Code of Conduct so that appropriate action can be taken, and the situation can be remedied. We encourage you to use the ALS Business Integrity Helpline or the ALS Your Voice Helpline to report incidents you know of, or concerns you might have, as to others not adhering to our Values or our Code.

When you do speak up and report, the information you provide will always be dealt with confidentially and respectfully.  If you choose to identify yourself when making a report, we will make every effort to keep your name confidential at all times. The information you provide will only be shared where this is necessary for the purposes of an investigation and measures to protect your identity will be put in place as far as possible. Where you choose to provide your identity, Deloitte will not pass on the details as to your identity unless you have expressly consented to this.

If you see or experience something not in line with our Values or our Code, don’t ignore it – Let us know.

ALS offers two separate helplines for the anonymous reporting of actual or suspected behaviour that is not in line with ALS’s Values or the ALS Code of Conduct – the Business Integrity Helpline and the Your Voice Helpline. The ALS Business Integrity Helpline is for the reporting of matters pertaining to ALS’s commitment to deliver a quality service and to conduct all of its business transactions responsibly, properly, accurately, fairly, impartially, ethically, with integrity and in compliance with the law. For example, reports in relation to allegations of anti-competitive behaviour, bribery and corruption, fraud, the improper use of company assets and resources, or legal or regulatory non-compliances should be made to the ALS Business Integrity Helpline. The ALS Your Voice Helpline is for reporting matters that are usually addressed by Human Resources personnel that relate to areas such as employee benefits, leave, work performance, staffing, and employee or management conduct (including allegations of harassment and bullying, discrimination, favouritism and disrespect).  Visit the “What to Report” section on the left hand side of this page for further guidance as to which Helpline to report to.
